Withdrawals

Players' tokens, assets, and collectibles are all held within their Ark of Panda accounts. When you wish to transfer your assets or sell them on the secondary market, you will need to withdraw the resources to your personal wallet.

How do you withdraw tokens?

You can find the withdrawal feature in the sidebar of your in-platform wallet. Select the type of asset you wish to withdraw to initiate an on-chain transaction, allowing you to consolidate a large amount of tokens to your personal on-chain wallet in a single operation. Once the withdrawal process starts, it cannot be canceled to return the tokens to the platform. If the final wallet interaction fails or the wallet request is rejected, users must wait another 10 minutes to attempt the withdrawal again.

Time Cost&Fee System

When users withdraw from Ark of Panda, no additional fees are required. Withdrawals are processed instantly regardless of the amount of tokens.

If the withdrawal to the blockchain wallet fails, the withdrawal status and amount will be returned to the platform within 10 minutes. During this period, please do not attempt to withdraw again.
